WE DON'T WANT A TRUCE, WE WANT PEACE
Good
intentions
seek a
great ally
in the
talks,
believing
the lies
of the
filthy invader.
The truce
is nothing—
just
theater for the cameras;
fine words
at the microphone,
yet behind
closed doors with his generals,
he points
to new targets
for his
attacks on the map of Ukraine.
His
promises are false—
just a way
to buy a little more time
to recruit
and rearm,
for he is
suffering heavy losses.
Ukraine
wants peace
and Putin
wants war;
the truce
is a sham,
just as
his tongue is false
and his
promises untrue.
